100 Waterman Drive - This beautiful office building located on the water in South Portland, ME was a project that provided MGA Cast Stone with a wonderful opportunity use architectural precast throughout the whole building in structural and non-structural precast elements. The Architect chose our Cumberland Grey Granitex line of colors and finishes which provides a granite simulated look. The expansive architraves and broad pilasters give the the first floor a modern, yet timeless architectural design. The window sills, lintels and upper banding provide continues design and create a bold break between the brick walls and copper roof. Supplied were sills, lintels, banding, water table panels, pilasters, architraves.
